Return & Exchange & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for most products . If you are not satisfied with the purchase, you can return/replace unused items in a new state within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a defective product, please contact info@jbryantfitness.com or manual customer service within 30 days after receiving the order, we will replace the goods or refund for you to ensure you get the best service.
We will process your return or exchange information in 1-3 days.

note:
1. Some items cannot be replaced or refunded unless they are defective. Our website and directory show which items are non-refundable
2. All items must be unused (any label is still attached), contain the original packaging, and are in a resaleable state.
3. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the item or package is over processed.
4. When returning, please make sure you have proof of purchase, such as a store receipt or confirmation email.
5. We may request a product serial number or similar product to check the products we offer.
6. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed. Product fees will be refunded to the original payment method. The original shipping fee will not be refunded. If the goods have quality problems, the freight will be borne by us.
7. We will refund your payment via Paypal. Please have your Paypal account ready. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
8. None of these will affect your consumer rights.

1.How long will my refund take?
As soon as we receive the item back to the warehouse, we’ll start the refund. All refunds will be processed within 14 days.
2.What counts as proof of purchase?
Any of these:
till/kiosk receipt
confirmation email
e-receipt
your order number
If you can’t find one of the above, don’t worry. We should be able to sort everything out if you have:
your card/bank statement
the email address used to buy your item
3.Can I return my item if there’s nothing wrong with it?
Absolutely! We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items.
We’ll either refund the cash onto the original payment method or offer you an exchange.
You just need these 3 things:
Your proof of purchase
The item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition
Any free items that came with your product unused and in a re-sellable condition
A few things to note though…
If the item or the packaging has been handled excessively to assess the goods (ie. more than you would if you were buying it in a shop) we reserve the right to reduce the amount of refund to you
During the returns process, we might ask for the product serial number or similar, to check the item was actually supplied by us.
Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.
4. Are there any items I can’t be returned?
Some products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are defective. See link for details.
5. How can I track my return?
To track your return, use the tracking number provided on your return label and enter it on the shipping carrier site. If you don’t have your return number recorded, please call our Customer Service team at (508)348-9268.
6. What if the return I want to return was damaged?
You need to contact the logistics company of your return choice, and they will bear the damage lost.
